Service Content and Scope
QaVPN provides cross-border network access across 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border access, access to international websites, and related network connectivity. The regions, routes, and platform entry points available at any given time are those shown in the service interface.
By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms. If they disagree with any provision, they must stop using the relevant account and subscription. Some international websites, apps, and content platforms are operated independently by third parties; their content, account policies, and regional rules are outside QaVPN's control.
Account and Credential Management
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity conducted through their account. If credentials may have been exposed or the account shows unusual activity, users should change their password promptly and stop any unconfirmed access.
Each account is intended for its account holder and their reasonable use cases only. Although subscriptions support unlimited devices online at the same time, this does not grant permission for public sharing, commercial distribution, or resale. Selling, renting, or transferring accounts is prohibited, as is sharing login credentials, subscription content, or service access with unspecified third parties.
Subscription, Data, and Payment Rules
Data included with a monthly subscription resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the selected plan, data allowance, and account status before submitting payment. Supported payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT.
Subscription benefits apply only to the corresponding account and within the permitted scope of use. Users may not split, copy, or distribute subscription content in bulk through technical means, nor use the unlimited-device rule to provide resale services to third parties. Users are responsible for consequences arising from exposing credentials, mismanaging an account, or granting access to others.
Requirements for Lawful Use
When using QaVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the location they are accessing, as well as the rules of relevant websites, apps, and network services. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others' legitimate rights, disruption of network systems, or distribution of content prohibited by law.
The service must not be used for unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, fraud, harassment, large-scale abuse of network resources, or other conduct that could harm third parties or service infrastructure. To protect routes and normal use by other users, QaVPN may restrict connections that show clear anomalies, sustained abuse, or violations of these terms.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device environments, third-party platform policies, and temporary maintenance. QaVPN maintains and adjusts routes based on their status, but does not promise that every region, network environment, or third-party service will be reachable at all times, and does not guarantee the continued availability of third-party content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QaVPN is not liable beyond the subscription fees already paid for indirect losses arising from uncontrollable network fluctuations, changes to third-party services, user device settings, incorrect operation, or force majeure. Users should save important materials themselves and verify connection status after switching routes or changing configurations.
Termination, Refunds, and Changes to These Terms
If an account is used for resale, public sharing, unlawful activity, malicious consumption of service resources, disruption of system operations, or another serious violation of these terms, QaVPN may restrict features, suspend service, or terminate the account. Before or after taking action, the service may retain necessary account and activity records according to the level of risk, for handling disputes and meeting compliance obligations.
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the account, subscription, and related payment records can be verified. The refund terms do not affect any other statutory rights granted to users under applicable law.
QaVPN may update these terms due to service changes, legal requirements, or changes in operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will receive an appropriate notice through the service interface. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
