ACCOUNT / CREDENTIALS
Create a username and password
Start from the free-use entry in the user panel. The page will ask you to set a username and password. QaVPN does not require an email address for registration, so these credentials will be the main way to access the user panel, view orders, and manage subscriptions. Choose a username that is easy to recognize but not directly linked to another public identity. Use a password that is unique to QaVPN and save it in a trusted password manager.
After submitting, if the page takes you directly to the account area, first confirm that the username shown at the top or in Account Overview is the one you just created. If you remain on the sign-in page, log in with the same username and password. Do not create multiple accounts in repeated attempts: plans, subscriptions, and support tickets belong to a specific account, and splitting them across accounts makes later management harder.
Once inside the panel, there is no need to look for a client or enter route parameters manually. The next step in the initial setup is to choose a plan and let the order take effect. The subscription entry in Account Overview becomes useful only after the account has an active service.
Step complete when: You can enter the user panel with your username and password and see your Account Overview.
ORDER / PLAN
Choose a plan by data usage
After opening the Plans page in the user panel, distinguish between monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date. Data packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. The two options suit different usage patterns, so do not judge them by total price alone.
If you use the service steadily every month and want data to renew on a fixed cycle, choose a monthly subscription based on your estimated usage. If your usage is irregular, or you only connect during business trips, travel, or occasional access to services outside mainland China, a data package is usually easier to manage. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Before placing the order, check the selected tier, billing cycle, and final amount again on the checkout page.
After confirming your choice, pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Once the payment page reports success, do not submit the same order again; return to Account Overview or Orders to check its status. The network redirect may occasionally lag behind the payment result, so refresh the order status before creating a second order. All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices and include a 7-day no-questions-asked refund.
Step complete when: The order is active and Account Overview shows the current plan or available data.
PROFILE / SUBSCRIPTION
Get your subscription from Account Overview
After the order takes effect, open Account Overview and find the subscription or client configuration section. A subscription gives the client the available routes and required configuration; it is not a public webpage address, and you do not need to copy route parameters one by one. Prefer the panel’s copy, import, or open-in-client action to reduce missing characters and incorrect configuration types.
If you need to copy the subscription content, select it in full and pass it directly to the appropriate client. Do not forward it through public chats, screenshots, or shared documents. A subscription is one of your account credentials. If you suspect it has been exposed, return to the user panel to update the relevant credential and have the client fetch the configuration again. Multiple devices can use the same account, but each device should complete its own import process from the panel.
The address used in this guide to illustrate the format must be an obviously fake value, such as:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
The address above does not connect to QaVPN and should not be pasted into a client. Get the real subscription only from the user panel after signing in. This page does not display a static subscription address, preventing an expired example from being confused with your current account configuration. After obtaining the subscription, choose the client and import entry for your device.
Step complete when: You have found the subscription entry in the signed-in panel and know which device will receive the import.
CLIENT / IMPORT
Import the configuration on your platform
QaVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. This section covers the four most common graphical platforms for first-time users. Open the download area from the user panel; static installer links are not provided on marketing pages. Select your current platform, install the client, then return to the subscription manager to import the configuration.
Windows: Add it from Subscription Manager
Select the Windows client in the user panel and follow the on-screen installation steps. After launching it, look in the sidebar, system-tray menu, or main window for “Subscription Manager” or “Configuration Manager.” Choose Import from Clipboard or Add Subscription, then paste the content copied from Account Overview. Save it, run an update, and wait for the route list to appear.
If the list is still empty after updating, make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the copied content, then check whether the account plan is active. Do not enter an unknown server address manually in the system proxy settings; after import, the client generates the required configuration.
macOS: Allow the network configuration
Download the macOS client from the panel and launch it from a location allowed by the system. The import entry is usually in the main window’s configuration list, menu-bar icon, or subscription manager. Paste the subscription and select Update. On the first connection, macOS may ask you to confirm creation of a network connection or provide local authorization.
After granting system authorization, return to the client and confirm that the route list has loaded. If the client shows only a configuration name without individual routes, run “Update Subscription” or “Refresh Configuration” once more. Authorization should apply only to the client itself; never enter your account password into an unfamiliar system dialog.
Android: Confirm connection permission after importing
Open the Android download entry in the user panel and install the client. In the client, look for an Add button in the top-right menu, configuration page, or subscription page, then choose Import from Clipboard or open it using the method provided by the panel. After a successful import, update the routes and return to the main screen to select one.
When connecting for the first time, Android displays a system confirmation dialog for the network connection. Confirm it so the client can manage the device’s network exit. If you previously denied the request, the next connection may appear unresponsive; restart the connection flow and confirm when the system prompt appears. Battery-saving policies may pause a client running in the background for extended periods. If it disconnects while idle, check the system’s background activity settings for the app.
iOS: Import from the panel
Use the download entry in the user panel to open the installation page for the iOS client. After installation, return to Account Overview and prefer the panel’s import action. If manual setup is required, open the client’s subscription or configuration page, choose Add, and paste the subscription content copied from the panel. Save and update it; the routes should then appear on the client’s home screen or route list.
When connecting for the first time, iOS asks for permission to add a network configuration and may require the device’s own security verification. After approval, the status bar shows the system connection status. If the import action opened the wrong app, return to the panel and choose the iOS entry again. Do not paste the subscription into a browser address bar to open it directly.
Step complete when: The client displays a route list and lets you choose a specific region.
ROUTE / CONNECT
Choose a route and connect
After importing, choose a route that matches the region of the target service. For services with region-specific content, the exit region should match the content region you want to access. For general cross-border access, start with a geographically nearby route. QaVPN covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes. The route count provides regional choice; it does not mean every route suits every target service.
After choosing a route, start the connection and wait for the client status to change from Ready or Connecting to Connected. Do not switch between multiple routes repeatedly or run other tools that change the system’s network exit at the same time, as this makes it difficult to tell which configuration is active. On desktop, check the client window or system tray; on mobile, check both the client status and the system network indicator.
If the connection is not established, check in this order: refresh the subscription and confirm that the route list is still present, try another route in the same region, then switch local networks and try again. If no route connects, close and reopen the client, and confirm that the system time and basic network access are working. If the issue continues, submit the device system, client message, and completed checks through the support-ticket entry in the user panel.
Do not judge the result solely by the client button color. A Connected status only means that the local connection process has started. To confirm that the intended exit is actually in use, complete the next step with an IP check and real access to the target service.
Step complete when: The client shows Connected and your local network can still open webpages normally.
VERIFY / EXIT
Check your exit and target service
Keep the client connected and open QaVPN’s IP checker. Confirm that the current exit region matches the selected route. Before checking, you can close any previously opened checker page and run a fresh query to avoid mistaking an old browser result for the current state. If you just changed routes, wait for reconnection to finish before checking.
Check the exit region first
The detected region should match the direction of the route selected in the client. If the result still shows the previous network exit, return to the client, confirm its status, disconnect, reconnect, and refresh the checker. Do not switch between multiple clients at once, or the connection actually in use may differ from the window you are viewing.
Then access the target service
After confirming the exit, open the website or app you actually want to use. Sign-in status, account region, content region, and payment region may each affect the final result, so “the route is connected” and “the target content appears” are separate checks. Confirm the network exit first, then address account or regional issues within the service.
If the page opens but the content region is not what you expected, choose another route in the target region and verify again. Follow the complete sequence: disconnect the current route, choose a new route, reconnect, and refresh the checker. If an app retains an old session, fully close and reopen it after changing routes before judging the result.

GUIDE RESULT
Initial setup complete
Once the account is accessible, the order is active, the subscription is imported, the client connects, and the exit region has been checked, the basic setup is complete. When changing devices, get the client and subscription again from the user panel. After changing routes, repeat the exit check.
